Enjoyed how well-maintained the property was and its friendly efficient staff at the reception desk. Had good sleep at the premium king room with a sofa bed for the younger ones, ' The Level' access, a bigger including breakfast.

Our family room was equipped with a sofa bed, central heating and an iron. The bed was lovely and so were the pillows.

It was fairly clean, everyone was welcoming and exceptional. Peaceful and handy location adjacent to three different tube stations, the restaurants, reception areas and bar, the underground station close by, restaurants and bars were close to the hotel. I really enjoyed hot beverages at Peyton and Byrne. Had good sleep at the double room. Admired city view from the window. The service provided there was very efficient. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

Everything was very good and we had a very special stay. The service was excellent throughout our visit. The location of the hotel was unbeatable, situated at a medium distance from The Place. It was also convenient to have restaurants and bars nearby.
